Contractor Invite - Email Attachments for Contractor Registration

A new feature has been implemented that allows Principals to include attachments when sending a Contractor Invite for project registration.

Supported attachment types as per below with a total attachments file size limited to 20 MBs

PDF documents
Image files
Microsoft Word documents
Video files

Permission Requirement

Users must have the following permission enabled to manage project attachments:

Permission: Edit_Project_Details

How It Works

When configuring a project, users can upload supporting documents within Edit Project Details (e.g - /UserHome.aspx?view=projectadmin&cid=10652)

Any files uploaded to the project are automatically attached to the contractor invitation email when a new contractor is invited to register for the project.

Notes

Attachments are not displayed in the Admin Email Preview.
Local testing has confirmed the functionality is working.
Production testing to be completed on Margaret Street environment.
Feature applies only to Contractor Invite emails.
Attachments are inherited from the project configuration within Edit Project Details.
