Create a specific Form for:
- Audiometric Assessment → activity date + 24 months
- Silica Monitoring Assessment → activity date + 12 months
- Asbestos Assessment → activity date + 24 months
The solution does NOT allow workers to upload forms - they can complete an online form to meet the requirement. Similar to the ATO Part A online form solution.
IN the form - you need to use the word DUE to generate an auto expiry.
Go to Admin/Document Types
Select Has form Alternative so the system knows it is an electronic form.
Go to Admin/Project - select your project and configure the document to your project:
Admin/Projects/[Your Project] and map the document as:
Required for Principal and/or Contractor workers and select SAVE
Shows as required for workers:
Select the Doc icon to complete the information:
Onec completed - the form is auto - accepted and the expiry is set according to the earlier of:
Renewal DUE date or the period specified for each form.
