Prestart Meeting Attendee versus Check In Workers to My Project
As a Principal User with the right permission you can manage check in of workers.
Prestart sign on and marking attendees onsite are two different things in the system.
The flow usually goes:
-
Sign workers onto prestart. (no workers onsite)
-
At end of Prestart process, pop-up says "Check in attendees?"
-
If User selects Cancel:
-
- Prestart attendees are recorded at the prestart
- No attendees are marked onsite
- If User selects All Attendees:
-
- Prestart attendees are recorded
- Attendees are marked onsite
- If a User opens the Prestart again and goes through to the end pop-up says "Check in attendees?", but no attendees are added to the Prestart:
- User selects All Attendees:
-
- Prestart attendees are still recorded at the prestart
- No additional Attendees are marked onsite
- User selects NEW attendees: - there are no new attendees added
-
- Prestart attendees are still recorded at the prestart
- No NEW Attendees are marked onsite
If they miss anyone in the Prestart process, they can select the Check-in / Out feature and add workers to the onsite numbers.
Check in to site can happen in the following ways for registered workers:
- Via hardware: turnstile; tag board; etc
- Via QR code for registered workers (if configured)
- Via the Safety app check in tool (permission required)
- Via the completion page of the Prestart Meeting (you must use pop up)
