The Southern Program Alliance (SPA) is a transformational $3.5 billion+ project forming part of the Level Crossing Removal Project.  The SPA partners (Acciona/Coleman Rail, Metro Trains Melbourne and WSP) are delivering works which include:

3D Safety has implemented worker and plant onboarding plus site access solutions to worksites across the project as well as creating and delivering innovative solutions to track COVID-19 tests, link results and send SMS communication of results to workers.
